These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FUSE Health website and, together with your platform agreement, the FUSE Health platform. By using the website you agree to these Terms.
What FUSE is (and isn't)
FUSE Health provides software and infrastructure services — including e-commerce tooling, intake, patient-management software, and connections to independent licensed providers and accredited pharmacies — to wellness and healthcare businesses ("operators").
FUSE Health is not a medical provider. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this website is medical advice. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers; all medications are dispensed by accredited pharmacies.
Operator responsibilities
Operators are responsible for their own brand, marketing, and business conduct, including compliance with the laws and advertising rules applicable to their business and jurisdiction. Platform features that support compliance do not substitute for the operator's own legal counsel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or platform — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, scraping at scale, or using the services to violate any law.
Intellectual property
The website, platform, and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by FUSE Health or its licensors. Operators retain ownership of their own brand assets.
Fees
Platform fees, tiers, and billing terms are set out in your platform agreement or order form. Website access is free.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUSE Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability relating to platform services is governed by your platform agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
